Refund Policy

This policy covers character packs bought on HixCodeTTSv1 (texttovoice.site), operated by HixCode. A character pack is a one-time purchase of a prepaid character balance that you can spend on any of our voice models. It is not a subscription and is never renewed automatically.

14-day refund for unused packs

If you have not used any characters from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. We will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

Partly used packs

If you have used some of the characters, write to us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong. Where the service did not work as described, we will refund the unused part of the pack, or the full amount if we could not fix the problem for you. Packs that have been fully used cannot be refunded.

Failed generations

You are never charged for audio you did not receive. If a generation fails, the characters it would have used are returned to your balance automatically, with nothing for you to do.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, or charged for a pack you did not order, contact us at any time and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.

When a refund is not available

• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase, except for billing errors.
• All characters in the pack have been used.
• The account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, for example by cloning a voice without consent.

The free daily tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund on it.

How to request a refund

Email abdurrehmancheemacheema11@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use the contact page. Include the date of purchase and the pack you bought. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is paid, the refunded characters are removed from your balance.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
