This Privacy Policy explains what information HixCodeTTSv1 ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using HixCodeTTSv1, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
- Content you submit: text you enter for speech generation, and any audio sample you upload for voice cloning.
- Generated audio: the speech files produced from your requests, stored so you can replay or download them later.
- Usage and abuse-prevention data: your IP address and a browser-generated device fingerprint (a hash of non-identifying signals like screen size and time zone), logged against each request to enforce fair daily usage limits and prevent abuse of free-tier access.
- Analytics: aggregate usage data collected via Google Analytics (e.g. which pages are visited), which may set its own cookies.
Voice cloning samples
If you use our voice-cloning feature, the audio sample you upload is sent to our third-party AI infrastructure provider to generate a reusable voice model, and is also stored on our servers so the feature keeps working across sessions. We do not use your voice sample for any purpose other than generating audio you request. You are responsible for only uploading a voice you own or have explicit permission to use — see our Terms of Service.
How we use your information
- To provide the text-to-speech and voice-cloning services you request.
- To enforce free-tier usage limits fairly across accounts, devices, and networks.
- To communicate with you about your account (e.g. email verification, support requests).
- To understand aggregate site usage and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate:
- AI inference providers — process the text and audio you submit to generate speech and cloned voices.
- Google Analytics — aggregate, anonymized-where-possible site usage analytics.
- WhatsApp — if you contact support via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated audio and associated request history are retained to let you access your past generations, and are periodically cleaned up for inactive or free-tier content. You can delete individual generations at any time from your History page, or delete your entire account from your Profile settings.
Your rights and choices
- You can update your account details at any time from your Profile page.
- You can delete individual voice-cloning or text-to-speech generations from your History.
- You can delete your account entirely, which removes your account record, from your Profile page.
- You can contact us (see below) with any question about the data we hold about you.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to distinguish visitors. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising retargeting.
Children's privacy
HixCodeTTSv1 is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
